How do I convert my VHS copy of Gone with the Wind to DVD?

If a commercial copy is available for purchase in the DVD format, you need to purchase a DVD. If a commercial copy is not available in the DVD format, you must request permission from the copyright holder. DMACC Media Services will gladly convert upon request with written permission from the copyright holder.
