What materials from the Web can we use?

Answer

In addition to content on a website, the code used to design the site may also be copyrighted. Copyright law does not specifically address works currently available on the Web and it can be difficult to know what material is copyrighted and what material is in the public domain. The Fair Use Guidelines for Educational Multimedia, the Guidelines for Classroom Copying in Nonprofit Educational Institutions, and fair use would be helpful in determining the use of web/internet resources.
