Why won't my hotspot connect to the internet?

If the hotspot is overdue for return, the internet will be shut off and cannot be restored until the hotspot is returned. If the hotspot is not overdue and isn’t connecting to the internet, try restarting the device. If that does not resolve the problem, please contact the library.
