Why isn’t my password or login working?

If you are accessing library electronic resources off the campus network, you will be prompted for your DMACC network username and password. This is the same login that you use for myDMACC.
A common issue with logging into library electronic resources is with usernames. Be sure to leave off the @dmacc.edu portion of your username.
It is possible to look up your username or reset your password. For assistance with your network login call Tech Support at 515-965-7300 or 800-362-2127 (ext. 7300).
