Why isn’t my password or login working?

You will be prompted for your DMACC network username and password to access library resources off-campus. 

If you see an error message that says "Invalid credentials, try again" a common issue is with usernames. Be sure to leave off the @dmacc.edu portion of your username. 

If you need help with username or password you will need to contact Tech Support. For assistance call Tech Support at 515-965-7300 or 800-362-2127 (ext. 7300).
