How do I search the library catalog?
Answer
The library catalog is the main search box on the library homepage. The default option, Find All, searches across:
- Print and electronic books
- Articles from select databases
- Media
Start a Search
Type a few keywords related to your topic and click the magnifying glass.

On the results page, use filters to refine your search by format, publication date range, subject, and more.

Narrow your search
From the homepage, you can narrow your search to specific formats. Click on Find Books, Find Articles, or Find Film, enter keywords related to your topic and click on the magnifying glass to search.
Tip: Using the "Find All" search will locate articles, but not always the most relevant articles for your topic. The most effective way to find articles is to search within one of the library databases.
