Can I get books from any campus library?

Answer

Yes. You may borrow books from any campus. You can visit any campus library in-person and borrow materials, or you can use the Campus PickUp hold service to request print books and physical media like DVDs for pickup at a campus library.

1. To begin, search the library catalog by title, author, or keyword. If you need help searching, please see the How to Use the Library Catalog video or contact a librarian.

2. When you identify a printed book, DVD, or other physical media from the library that you would like to borrow, click on the title.

3. To borrow the item, click on Request Campus PickUp button.

4. If prompted, enter your DMACC Network username and password, leaving off the @dmacc.edu portion of your username.

sign on

5. On the hold request form, select the campus library from the drowdown where you’d like to pick up the item.

6. Click Submit. The hold request is now submitted to library staff.

7. You will receive an email at your DMACC email address when your item is ready.
